We are a non-profit organization in the Greater Baton Rouge Area that is dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities in disadvantaged areas by providing and coordinating supportive services and referrals.

Our Lunch & Learn events returned, filling Empower 225 with energy and meaningful connections!

Our partnership with Southern Ag’s Student Garden Program keeps bearing fruit—literally and figuratively 🌱 Not only have our adult education students harvested fresh veggies like broccoli, kale, and carrots, but they’ve also harvested new skills and confidence in the process 🥕🥬
The learning didn’t stop in the garden 🍽️ Our students have been busy in the kitchen, turning their garden bounty into delicious, wholesome meals that nourish the body and soul. The joy and pride they feel when they serve up a dish they’ve grown from seed to plate? Unmatched 🌻
We’re beyond grateful for this incredible program that continues to enrich our students’ lives, both in and out of the classroom 🌞 Here’s to many more seasons of growth and learning!
