Provide supervision, including overnight and on weekends, for male youth ages 16-21 in the Transitional Living Program (TLP) including welcoming new youth; ensuring a safe, family-centered environment; providing transportation to school and work (as needed); supervising kitchen activities and chores; monitoring tv, computer, and phone usage; enforcing house rules set by case manager; attending weekly staff meetings; and other duties as assigned. RA’s work on a revolving split schedule on weekdays and on the weekend. Federal and state background checks are required. Schedules are extremely flexible, and applicants have the potential to make their own schedule.
